On March 19, 2019, Haomi Group and its subsidiary Haomi Power Equipment Co., Ltd. participated in the Technical Appraisal Meeting of "Development of High-Pressure Ratio Single-Screw Single-Stage Process Gas Compressor Unit and Its Industrial Application Project" organized by SINOPEC Group in Jiujiang Petrochemical Company. The "Development of High Pressure Ratio Single Screw Single Stage Process Gas Compressor Unit and its Industrial Application Project" jointly developed by Hao Mi Group was widely recognized by the experts.
According to the compression characteristics of propylene gas, the project overcame a number of key technical problems of single screw compressor for process gas, and developed a complete set of high-pressure ratio single screw single-stage process gas compressor and high-end equipment by applying the new meshing profile technology and advanced lubrication and cooling technology for the first time. After the on-site inspection and meeting evaluation, the experts unanimously agreed that the project had met the design requirements, and the overall technology had reached the international advanced level.
The "High Pressure Ratio Single Screw Single Stage Process Gas Compressor Development and Industrial Application Project" is a key scientific and technological development project of Haomi Group. The Group's R&D team has overcome the difficulties and solved the problem of high failure rate of the original two-stage tandem twin-screw compressor in the process of using the unit. The compressor unit was put into operation on December 22, 2017 in the propylene gas recovery unit of Sinopec Jiujiang Branch, with a total of more than 5,000 hours of operation. The compressor has a single-stage discharge pressure of 1.8 MPa, a volumetric efficiency of 90%, and a discharge temperature of ≤60 degrees Celsius. Industrial applications show that the overall operation of the process gas single screw compressor unit is smooth and reliable, with stable discharge pressure and discharge volume, high energy efficiency, high single-stage pressure ratio, compact structure, easy maintenance and other advantages.
